Experience : 1- 3 years having a background in Telecom & Demand Generation !

Job Profile :

• Existing customers servicing
• Build market position by locating, developing, and defining business relationships.
• du Telecom Dubai Customer Acquisition Demand – Generation.
• du Telecom Dubai Customer Retention management
• Sharp convincing powers and support management skills
• Ability to engage and build long term relationship with prospects
• Proven ability to identify and develop new customers
• Apply sales and marketing principles and solution selling methods
• Keep abreast of current technology trends.
• Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
• Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects
• Document and update CRM with daily activities to ensure efficient account management.
• A disciplined approach to managing your territories on a daily basis
• Strong judgement and decision-making skills

Background –

• Worked in Telecom related companies like – Bharti Airtel/Vodaphone/Reliance Jio
• Has strong understanding of the product plans and customer retention activities.
• Has handled multiple accounts(Individual/businesses) of the telecom industry he was part of.
• Has ability to negotiate and convince a customer to retain him.
• Has the persuading skills to expand the customer base apart from retaining.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
