About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling complaints and reading out a solution
2. Owning any interaction with our users and resolving it in the best way possible
3. Interacting with people from different teams to help them understand issues faced by our users and help shape our policies and designs
4. Ensuring that all contacts are handled within the defined TAT and quality parameters and CSAT will be your only goal
