1. Researching deeply on the given topic.
2. Creating a blueprint of the topic and getting it approved by the leader.
3. Drafting a script that has both informational + entertaining value to it.
4. Collaborating with video-making teams to animate ideas and visualize them into videos.
5. Think creatively to ensure new concepts/things are innovated from time to time.
