1. Invoice Tracking -VHD Tracker by 12 Pm, Document Filing – No lag >1 Month

2. Need to maintain tracker related to agreements, legal cases & Payments etc

3. Non-Category Invoice Processing Including Employees as per Agreement /Approval and Including Stores. Accurate accounting /Approvals /Agreements /Statutory compliances etc Attachment with voucher and Payment.

4. Master data Including Stores – Vendor master Tally /Rent master/Fixed costs /Agreements /TDS master/LTDS certificates for Office /WH/Stores for all Other than Cat

5. Qtrly Reconciliation for All non-Category Vendors Including Stores and Admn – Non cat Vendor/Retainers /LL/Consultants ‘ Including Cat Vendors

6. Provisions/Prepaid Transfer- and Ageing Including Stores

7. TB Variance analysis – GL Code wise Including Stores

8. Review Deck Preparation & Closure of Last Review actionable, Book Hygiene inc Recoverability of Current assets for Relevant codes Including Stores

9. Experience in handling Internal & Statutory Audit.

10 .ICOFR Submissions and any Other Audit requirement Including Stores

Salary: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
