Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and visually stunning designs across digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development:
• Create graphics, illustrations, and layouts for websites, social media, marketing materials, advertisements, and branding purposes.
• Design creatives for campaigns, infographics, presentations, brochures, and other promotional content.
• Brand Consistency:
• Maintain and develop the visual identity of the company.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and messaging.
• Content Collaboration:
• Work closely with the content, marketing, and social media teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to gather design briefs and ensure project objectives are met.
• Technical Skills:
• Prepare final layouts for print and digital platforms.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Revise and improve designs based on feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Software Proficiency:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Canva, CorelDRAW, or other graphic design tools (optional).
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
• Creativity: Proven ability to generate innovative and engaging designs.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects is required.
