Senior PHP Developer with Laravel experience needed to maintain and enhance web application backend.

Responsibilities:

• Writing clean, efficient and well-documented PHP code
• Developing back-end components, connecting the application with the API
• Integration of data storage solutions (e.g. databases)
• Collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Troubleshooting and debugging
• Staying up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies
• Collaborating with the development team to improve the software development process
• Write test-driven, reusable and maintainable code
• Work with Git, Git Flow, and Jira.Requirements:
• Proven experience as a PHP Developer
• Strong understanding of PHP web frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, etc.
• Experience working with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and jQuery
• Experience with object-oriented programming, databases, and web application development
• Experience as SysAdmin or Digital Ocean – Unix, Caddy, Nginx, Redis, MySql, AWS, S3 environment.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and debugging skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of SIP.JS Library and WebRTC will be a plus
• Experience with Vue JS and React Native would be an asset
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field experience
