Job Summary

As an Associate Support Analyst, you will document, troubleshoot and resolve or escalate technology or application support while ensuring end-user satisfaction. This may include support of a specific technology, application or business process. You will also assist users with day-to-day questions and issues, maintain system documentation, provide instruction and training to business users and solve problems to root cause.

  Performance Analytics ( Must have )

  • Ability to effectively communicate ServiceNow processes, operations, and capabilities to all levels of the business.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to other team members.
  • Assist in the coordination and deployment of ServiceNow instance upgrades across multiple instances, including instance cloning.
  • Table administration (fields, views, forms, lists, etc.,)
  • Work with UI & data policies, business rules, access control levels, alerts & notifications, import & update sets.
  • Ability to identify, diagnose, research solutions, and resolve ServiceNow related issues via Incident Management.
  • Identify process and performance problems for areas of improvement, conduct research, propose solutions, and reconfigure or recode system to improve functionality.
  • Ability to work within a development team using SDLC AGILE methodology.
  • Solid understanding of integrations including Azure AD, Jira/Azure Dev Ops, SCCM, cloud-based systems, and MIM based integrations.
  • Aid functional teams and build request items and workflows to manage and improve processes.

Job Responsibilities and Skills

• Prefer minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience ServiceNow instances and is CSA certified. (3 – 4+ years of IT experienced preferred).
  • Scripting and development experience JavaScript is a must have (AngularJS, Jelly, HTML, CSS and NodeJS are a plus).
  • Strong understanding of CMDB.
  • Perform day to day administration of ServiceNow system, including making approved changes to processes and workflows in ITSM, CSM, FSM, Asset Management, GRC (BCM/BCP), and platform applications.
  • Implements the governance surrounding all reporting
  • Makes recommendations to improve the use of reporting and analytics to drive outcomes
  • Able to engage with Senior Management stakeholders to understand requirements and create performance analytics dashboards, KPIs and Metrics
  • Perform user and data management administrative tasks.
  • Identify areas of improvements and concerns in business operational areas and provide appropriate action plans. Develop and implement performance metrics to improve business operational efficiency.
  • Setting overall reporting standards, frequency, and consistencies across various functions
  • To partner with stakeholders & others to craft meaningful dashboards, reports, and builds analytical representation of the data.
