Job Summary

The Signage Guide Production Coordinator II will maintain the weekly sign guide and other in store communication materials, as well as assist with process improvements within advertising.

Job Description

• Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
• Experience Desired: Print Production Art or Graphic Design experience; Knowledge of Adobe Creative software, with proficiency with Adobe In-Design software; Basic MS Office skills needed STRONG knowledge of Excel required; Attention to detail
• Education Desired: Associates Degree
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
• Travel Required: Regional – Daily, Less than 10%

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain complex Excel documentation for Giant Eagle, GetGo and Market District weekly, gathering data from varying sources. Use data and images to build detailed sign guides weekly for each store type. Secure feedback from various Team Members. Ensure sign guide details are correct and communication is consistent, clear and concise.
• Provide detailed attention to layout, scheduling and accuracy needed.
• Utilize excel document data to manage sign inventory at offsite facility. Visit facility 2-3 times per year for manual clean-up.
• Hold weekly meetings with in-store communications team and primary print/fulfillment vendor to understand sign shipment details.
• Visit stores as needed in order to build implementation guides and take photos of new signs/hardware being researched.
• Assist the Senior Manager of In-Store Communications and the In-Store Communications Specialist with maintaining other in-store communication materials and processes.
• Recommend process improvements to the Senior Manager of In-Store Communications. Formulate solutions and lead implementation.
• Assist the Senior Manager of In-Store Communications with store memos, PowerPoint presentations and other special store communication needs.
• Train new Team Members as needed and maintain SOP and training documentation.
