Job ResponsibilitiesMaintaining recruitment records to include job descriptions, recruitment authorisations and CV’sSupporting recruitment through posting vacancies and managing responses to speculative candidatesAd hoc tasks in support of the In-house recruiterPerform various administrative and project-related activitiesDrafts and composes emails using current office software applicationsAgendas and materials for meetingsMakes travel arrangements and prepares expense reportsManages departmental recognition, tracks headcount and cubiclesProvides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicantsSchedule job interviews and contact candidates as neededPrepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by departmentDevelop training and onboarding materialRespond to employees’ questions about benefitsRequirements and admin:Office Experience – General, Scheduling, Telephone Skills, Typing, Documentation Skills, Meeting Planning, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Dependability, Attention to Detail, Administrative Writing SkillsGood ommunication skillsBachelors or masters in Business adminstration.Strong interpersonal skills.Good at MS office, Excel and word.Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple schedules effectively and efficientlyJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insurancePaid sick timeProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental pay types:Quarterly bonusSpeak with the employer+91 9361678506Expected Start Date: 15/10/2022
