Job Title: Talent Acquisition Consultant
Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid)
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality talent pipelines in a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking.
Conduct pre-screening interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Drive efficient candidate engagement and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Manage offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.
Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health).
Stay updated with talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights.
Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in IT/technology or consulting sectors.
Strong sourcing expertise across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, etc.).
Solid knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
