GIVA Jewellery Hiring for Customer Support Associate at Bangalore Full Time

GIVA is a direct-to-consumer Silver Jewelry brand focused on creating minimal silver jewelry for regular wear. Our goal is to allow our customer to express themselves with our vibrant and diverse designs. We sell our products pan India and are looking to add our ever expanding sales and support team. Our founding team includes talent from strong backgrounds: NIFT, IITs, IIMs, CA with experience in top-tier management consulting, Venture capital and finance. The position will be based out of Bangalore.

 Your role will involve ensuring that our customers never face any issues in buying any of our
products
 Communication will involve a combination of inbound and outbound phone calls to
understand customer issues and help close sales
 You will also be assisting existing customers in closing any open issues where they need
assistance

Skillset needed:
 Strong written communication skills primarily in English
 Good listening skills, ability to empathize with customers and handle difficult conversations
 Positive attitude towards sales and relationship management with customer
 Bias for action and a result oriented attitude and thought process
