GivingForce Limited Hiring for CSR Services Executive at Pune Full Time

The CSR Services Executive will work alongside GivingForce corporate clients to help manage and execute their volunteering, matching and payroll giving programmes.

You will be reporting to the CSR Services Executive and work closely with other GivingForce global teams. You will be managing client queries and administrative tasks daily. You will be attending meetings with clients and responding to requests for reports and other forms of assistance.

About GivingForce CSR Services

GivingForce CSR Services was created to help companies manage and administer their CSR/Sustainability programmes.

Many of our customers have global programmes that can be difficult to deliver in a timely and consistent way without a significant increase in headcount. Our CSR Services team works alongside our clients to bridge resource and expertise gaps, leveraging our expert knowledge of the GivingForce Portal and always looking for ways to add further value.

As the CSR Services Executive, you will be expected to understand what we do, the products that we offer and be able to use the GF Portal to effectively and efficiently assist corporations to run their CSR programmes. This job offers you an opportunity to work alongside multiple companies on a broad range of programmes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients to develop, manage and deliver sustainability and CSR programmes as part of their Environmental Social Governance / Corporate Responsibility goals

• Understand clients programmes, policies and goals in detail

• Attend meetings with clients based in the UK, USA, Canada and other countries

• Manage and lead inter-intra departmental communication effectively to resolve complex issues. This includes coordinating with GF management to address and resolve issues

• General GivingForce Portal management and administration such as publishing events, stories, site enhancement and capturing data

• General governance of different modules on the GivingForce Portal (Volunteering, Matched Funding, Payroll Giving, Corporate Donations) and other technology platforms used by the client and GivingForce

• Specific administrative tasks, based on each client’s criteria, such as:

• Managing and processing applications

• Evidence checks for programmes and non-profit organisations

• Managing monthly release of payments

• Monthly reports

• Developing processes, documentation and recording day-to-day activities undertaken for each client

• Develop reports to identify and analyse outcomes of programmes and assess progress in line with the client’s objectives, community development and sustainable development goals

Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience working in an office/administrative environment

• Experience working with large sets of data, along with expertise in data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel. Particular experience in –

• Cleanse and prepare data

• Explore, visualise and analyse data

• Generate reports and dashboards

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in an international corporate environment

• Experience working in a corporate social responsibility, sustainability and social impact environment

What we need from you

• Confidence in understanding and speaking English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Decision making based on guidelines and procedures

• Confidence to know your limitations and ask for help when you need it

• Strong administrative skills – you should be highly organised, focused and be able to manage the quality and quantity of work

• Experience working with large data sets. Ability to analyse and interpret data.

• Persistence and dedication, as this is a desk-based job focusing on administrative engagement

• An understanding of technology – you will need to learn and understand every aspect of our extensive product suite (a structured training programme will be provided)

• Interest and knowledge of corporate social impact initiatives

• Be able to say “No”.
