Office Assistant/ SecretaryShould be able to handle correspondence, arrange meetings and day to day schedule of the MDTake care of all MD’s work related issues with the senior managers & related staffHandle telephone and email inquiries and respond as appropriateCoordinate MD’s schedule and update his calendar accordinglyData collection, entry and documentationConsistent ability to meet deadlines and prioritize whilst maintaining consistently high standardsProactive and tenacious approach to projects and challenges.Maintaining MD’s office correspondence, files, records, books, data etcPart-time hours: 50 per weekJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹120,000.00 – ₹150,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftFlexible shiftRotational shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19Speak with the employer+91 7738250833
