Job Purpose:

Assistant Manager with the Statutory Reporting Team within corporate finance function of GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:-

Accountability:

• Preparation of Entity Profit and Loss Statement

• Analytics on Profit and Loss Statement

• Preparation of Statutory Results in the format prescribed by SEBI.

• Inter company confirmation and reconciliation.

• Ensuring compliance to all IFC controls

• Quarterly and Annual XBRL filing.

• Statutory and Other Audits – Supporting in timely completion of audits and providing necessary data on time.

• Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements.

• Support in Annual Report preparations

• External communications on financial queries

• Peer company analysis and benchmarking

Knowledge/ Education / Previous Experience Required:-

A. Educational Background-

Minimum Level of Education – Chartered Accountant / ICWA / MBA

B. Job-Related Experience –

Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience required-

2-4years experience of working in a Corporate Finance role of a listed entity in India or statutory audit experience with Big4 having experience of auditing listed companies

Anyone with experience of external communications will be an added advantage.

C. IT and Other Skills-

ERP Knowledge – SAP

MS Excel and Powerpoint.
