• Serve as the key point of contact for regions and markets for data and analytics

• Support Pharma commercial data services and other key activities within Data and Analytics function

• Operate in a flexible and agile way to drive efficiency and improvements

• Take ownership of key transformation projects and drive end to end execution

• Proactively create and drive timelines for various projects

• Lead automation, change management and communication with the region and markets

• Collaborate with Dev ops teams to support the sourcing and utilization of latest data technologies

• Evaluate data governance processes/ policies/ standards/rules and other requests.

• Responsible to develop a data governance framework, including data governance strategy, approach, and road map for the data relevant to the Secondary data within Commercial organization aligning with the enterprise data governance strategy

• Management of our existing pipeline and development support of new Analytics as a Service engagement involving internal and external stakeholders (data suppliers, analytics suppliers, etc.)

• Anticipate risks and mitigate plans where possible and flag for future implications

• Identify and manage critical data governance issues and risks

• Collaborate with internal teams across various functions to accomplish the goals within agreed timelines

• Stakeholder management within the Pharma commercial data and analytics field

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in related discipline

• 12 to 15 years of work experience with good understanding of global pharmaceutical commercial processes

• Excellent project management skills – Ability to manage supplier resources and ensure objectives are met

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and articulate solutions and recommendations.

• Ability to understand complex organizational structure – who to go to for information and how to get it efficiently

• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and deliver results to appropriate quality and timeline metrics

• Proactive and operates with a sense of urgency, comfortable in a changing environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and managing multiple stakeholders
