Should have good communication skills.

Experience: Fresher or Minimum 6 months in any field
Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics:
Strong effective communicator in writing, speech as well in interpersonal communication.
Good developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
Keen willingness to learn.
Experience and willingness to work in a flexible, employee empowering work environment.
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment – Word and Excel along
with typing speed of 45 wpm.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Skills in database management and record keeping.
Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of the work
Job Type: HR back-end Support, Full-time and day process.
