Full Job Description
· Background verification & Onboarding· Generating daily & monthly attendance reports through computerized Biometric Attendance System for all employees· Updating roster duties for all engineering staff in the biometric system· Preparing & distributing leave cards to all the employees at the beginning of the year & as & when any new employee joins the organization· Updating Biometric for Outstation Duties of Engineers· Checking monthly Attendance of all the employees· Maintaining leave records & monthly leave reconciliation· Resolving leave related queries of employees· Salary account opening· Preparation of Stationary requisition· Employee Id card generation· Preparation of Offer Letters, Employment Contracts and various other letters as required· Coordination with Statutory consultants for monthly, quarterly & annual compliance returns.· Any other task assigned by Manager – HR.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship, FresherSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceLeave encashmentProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 9870942340Application Deadline: 28/02/2022
