Develops plans to meet unexpected situations, new developments and changes in processes; prepares for emergencies; understands the factors and conditions affecting programs and recommends appropriate responses when these change.

Monitor the budget utilization and other financial measures, study and analyze causes for significant deviation from budget and take corrective actions for the same
