JOB PURPOSE
Supervises all housekeeping employees, has the authority to hire or discharge, plans and assigns work assignments, give training for newly recruited employees, audit and inspects housekeeping personal work assignment and requisition supplies.

Accountabilities
Key Performance Indicators
Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire Hotel.
Ensure that rooms are made as per company standard.
Taking care of var facility management & ANZ pest control services
Pay particular attention while organizing pest eradication activities.
Develop and implement Housekeeping systems and procedures.
Verification of supplies consignments.
Organize on-the job training and evaluate its effectiveness.
Prepare reports for management information.
Assist Purchase department in selecting suppliers for items related to Housekeeping.
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
External – Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work
Spray or dust chemical solutions, powders, or gases into rooms, onto clothing, furnishings, or wood, or over marshlands, ditches, or catch basins with pest control services.
Clean work after completion of the job
Post warning signs and lock building door to secure area to be fumigated
Set mechanical traps or place poisonous paste or bait in sewers, burrows or ditches.
Following up of monthly invoices and schedules.

maintain all periodic reports.
To recruit the staff.
To maintain the standard of cleanliness of public area& rooms.
To supervise all housekeeping operations and to take daily inspection rounds of the areas.
To check the departmental log book maintained by the supervisors.
Responsible for housekeeping chemicals and consumables stock
To conduct daily briefing for housekeeping staff.
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
Not to exceed the budget of chemical & consumables of housekeeping.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors in hotel management
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
