Role –

Product Strategy and Development:

• Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams and do complete UAT cycle

Digital Stack Management:

• Leverage your expertise in working with digital tools and technologies to enhance our digital stack
• Ensure seamless integration of various digital platforms and tools for efficient product delivery

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM):

• Manage AEM-based content creation, optimization, and publishing
• Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to maintain high-quality digital assets

Front-End Website Optimization:

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to improve website usability, performance, and conversion rates
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to optimize front-end experiences

SEO and Analytics:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
• Monitor website traffic, user engagement, and conversion metrics using analytics tools
• Provide actionable insights to enhance digital marketing efforts

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Collect and analyze data related to digital assets, user behavior, and performance metrics
• Use data insights to drive product improvements and inform strategic decisions

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, development, and analytics
• Partner with tech and business teams to refine and iterate on ideas, influencing strategic plans.
• Drive and influence key business decisions across the company on regular basis.

Qualification & experience

• Years of experience – 5+ years
• Mandatory Qualification – MBA
• Good to have, not mandatory – Experience in tech for financial services
• Experience managing website as a product

Essential skills

• Should have worked as a digital product manager
• Highly skilled in driving SEO through tech/content interventions
• Expert level attention to detail and strong organizational communication skills
