About the Role
If you’re looking to be a part of a dynamic team and an opportunity to dive deep into projects surrounding workplace environment, look no further. As Admin Executive for Workplace Management team, you’ll take the wheel in managing administrative activities and overseeing facilities and assets for Gojek’s offices. Working closely with cross-functions, you will get to work on various exciting project to improve employee satisfaction and workplace environment.
What You Will Do
In charge for vendor management, including oversee acquisition, installation and commissioning of equipment that are required for the facility
Handle sset Management of site operations
Liaise and coordinate with various departments within the corporate office and Gojek office branches
Monitor processes, documentation, and business control checks
Manage coordination in regards of repair and maintenance work with the related tea
Manage desk booking reports on daily basis
Maintain and update company databases
What You Will Need
Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
Solid knowledge of office procedures
Experience with office management software, including MS. Excel and MS. Word
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous and has strong attention to detail

Our WPM Team is a family of over 30 people based in Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, and India. We run office operation which includes project/lease management. We oversee all things in the office from reception to supplies and even maintenance and work to create a cohesive and safe workplace for employees. It’s our job to ensure that offices run seamlessly. While our team is based all over the region, we’re a tight-knit group who are bonded by two things: Creating a top-class workplace for employees, and believing in each other to bring the best out of us .
