Key Responsibilities Include

• Set objectives for the accounts receivable team that align with the accounting department’s goals and the overall goals and targets set by the management
• Monitoring and ensuring timely processing of invoices
• Ensuring timely delivery of various required reports to the customers in a consistent manner.
• Ensure timely collection of Invoices
• Ensure timely calculation and settlements of RTO Claims
• Negotiate with clients in non-payment cases
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc forecasting reports including debtors aging, reconciliation, and other required data by management
• Timely resolution of customer’s queries within the TATs fixed.
• Organize records of invoices, bills, and deposits
• Ensure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the law
• Support Accounts Receivable team and train team members on a regular basis
• Ensure all team members follow the accounting principles
• Stay updated on industry and legislative changes

Job Requirements

• MBA in Finance with 6+ years of proven work experience in the industry
• Expertise in handling Accounting software and Microsoft excel
• Expertise in handling numerical data with accuracy and ease.
• Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports
• Strong communication skills
• Application with experience in the fintech/E-commerce industry will be preferred.
• Team management skills, Analytical skills, Negotiation skills, and a high ability to pay attention to details
