Roles And Responsibilities –
1.) Scheduling and arranging appointments with the customers/clients
2.)Reception and Job Order creation
3.)Co-ordinate between the customer & garage
4.)Check repairs and execution of ongoing work with garages
5.)Quality control and preparation for vehicle delivery
6.)Vehicle on-time delivery and billing to customer
7.)Planning of Existing and new customer acquisition
planning to improve market share and improve overall customer satisfaction
8.)Customer Satisfaction and Complaint Management
9.)Process implementation for cost control
Desired Skills Required:
1.)Degree/Diploma in Automobile Engineering
2.)Good communication skills Knowledge of the Automobile Service Industry
3.) Proficient knowledge and experience of Passenger Vehicle
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹19,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
