Human Resources:

Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships among employees, promote a healthy work environment, address employee concerns, and provide guidance on employee-related matters.
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, conduct performance evaluations, and provide feedback to employees for their professional growth.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, incentives, and employee welfare schemes, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and keep abreast of changes in employment legislation.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, job satisfaction, and work-life balance. Organize events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
Administration:
Facility Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintenance of infrastructure, facilities, and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Travel and Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation for employees and visitors as required.
Inventory and Supplies: Monitor and manage inventory levels, order office supplies, and maintain records of stock.
Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety policies, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure compliance with occupational safety standards.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, attendance records, and other relevant administrative documentation.
Budgeting and Cost Management: Assist in budget preparation, monitor expenses, and find cost-effective ways to optimize resources.
