• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
• 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
• Experience leveraging problem-solving skills (e.g. financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, etc.) to influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
• Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by the audience, asking questions, and leading conversations that generate results and efficiencies.

As a Strategy and Operations Manager for Cloud Go-To-Market, you will be responsible for defining, landing and executing on our key priorities to drive operational excellence, business growth, and productivity. You will be responsible for helping with planning, goal setting, territory design, expansion plans and managing the rhythm of the business activities. You will provide business insights, ensure cross-functional alignment, drive partnerships, and execute new initiatives. Responsibilities

• Influence executive-level decision-making around core business decisions, such as prioritization of growth opportunities, through problem-solving insights to increase productivity.
• Be a trusted advisor to your organization and their leadership team, communicating, structuring, and problem solving and ambiguous business challenges and supporting organization priorities.
• Run and improve operations by launching new programs, target setting, streamlining processes, automating tasks, identifying opportunities across the business, and optimizing resource allocation.
• Organize the design and implementation of business cadence to deliver effective operations and achieve key milestones.
