Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Psychology, Statistics, Business Administration, a field that uses quantitative analysis, or equivalent practical experience
- 11 years of experience working in a strategy operations or consulting role
- Experience in project management and working with cross-functional leadership and stakeholders
- Experience managing global teams, and providing thought leadership
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in service delivery management, operation reviews, and escalation and governance, to improve processes and work toward generating ongoing value to business
- Experience leading discussions in cross-functional groups to identify issues/resolutions, using business acumen and problem-solving/analytical skills
- Ability to identify and galvanize complex relationships and dependencies to holistically solve problems and seize opportunities
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and multiple priorities evolving
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships

Responsibilities
- Lead gTech strategy development for the GOC.
- Provide business critical insights using analytics, ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and help teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.
- Remain focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
