Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with Google Ads bidding strategies, including in Conversion Optimization and/or Flexible Bid Management Strategy.
- Experience with campaign management either in Google Ads, Search Ads 360, or other Search Engine Marketing platforms.
- Experience working with cross-functional and internal/external global teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with digital media buying and selling processes.
- Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing Bid Management technologies.
- Knowledge of the various tech offerings of Google Marketing Platform.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to process large data sets and identify patterns of significance.

As a Search Ads 360 Specialist, you will partner with customers to drive tech maturity on the Search Ads 360 platform, pivoted around clients’ business goals to maximize performance for them. You will focus on automated bidding, data driven attribution, and other automation related features to help clients achieve their business goals in a highly efficient manner.

Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for Search Ads 360 auto-bidding and attribution based on client business goals.
- Implement features, monitor performance, and proactively surface opportunities to drive tech maturity for your book of business.
- Run periodic analysis to assess the performance of automated bid strategies and make recommendations if required.
- Provide Google standard agency/client service as you grow and maintain various tech adoptions of clients in your book of business.
- Navigate ambiguity, operate within unstructured workflows and processes, and bring in operational excellence.
