Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

• 15 years of experience in technical program management working on technical cross-functional SoC programs

• Experience with chip and silicon development processes and deliverables

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

• Experience in vendor management and good understanding of Silicon flow, process, and needs

• Working knowledge in scoping, authoring, revising, and executing SOWs in Silicon space

• Working knowledge in onboarding/off-boarding Contingent workforce

As a Technical Program Manager, Silicon Development, you will support the development and execution of complex, multidisciplinary SoC projects. You’ll help plan programs and manage their execution from early conception through production. You will collaborate closely with architecture, design, verification, physical implementation, and manufacturing teams throughout the SoC life-cycle. • Manage communication of progress/status with stakeholders and leadership in various locations and time zones. Own and nurture relationships between cross-functional teams.

• Assess complexities and scope out the project through design, development, test, implementation, deployment, and sustaining activities. Implement process improvements to streamline product development.

• Manage risks and when necessary, put together and evaluate mitigations and paths to success. Support the team in promoting clear communication, making great decisions and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.

• Be an expert in automation and dashboards to measure performance and improve efficiency.
