Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in performance marketing using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and third-party Measurement and App platforms.
3 years of experience working with client-facing analytics or strategy consulting.
Experience with video, display, app, and social advertising solutions.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience translating data and trends into recommendations, strategies, and actionable insights.
Ability to take a data-driven and analytical approach.
Ability to communicate effectively with executive audiences.
Ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.

As an Analytical Lead, you will work with advertising agencies and clients. You’ll work as a team member on Google’s industry-focused Business team, exchanging knowledge regarding client and agency needs within specific industry sectors. You will work with Account Planning and Marketing to pitch integrated, data-driven business opportunities based on internal and external tool analysis. You will also work with Account Managers and Industry Managers to identify business opportunities.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
Develop data-driven recommendations that align with client marketing objectives and help them grow by driving more users to their online platforms and converting online activity into business.
Lead analytics, conversion best practices, and adoption of core products/tools to stakeholders including clients, agencies, and other relevant third parties.
Develop and collate best practice frameworks, business collateral, and case studies that business teams can use to assist clients.
Acquire knowledge of the client landscape, products, and key business issues in order to tailor recommendations accordingly.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and agency partners.
