Your Day to Day

• Delivering compelling demos; technical enablement; proofs of concept for the entire Goto portfolio

• Presenting with high energy to varied audiences from IT Management to C-Level

• Partnering with Account Managers on discovery, sales strategy, presentations, and opportunity management

• Working closely with Engineering, Customer Care, Pro Services to ensure client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• A professional, dedicated, humble and curious person who values diversity and has a desire to work collaboratively within a team

• Experience in Sales Engineering / Solutions Consulting or similar customer-facing roles

• A demonstrated ability to match product capabilities to client architectures, and to explain complex concepts to varied audiences

• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise environments:

• SaaS-based proactive and reactive support tools (RMM, Remote Support)

• Endpoint management and deployment

• Understanding of integrations by API between solutions

• Security models and requirements
