Your Day to Day
Delivering compelling demos; technical enablement; proofs of concept for the entire Goto portfolio
Presenting with high energy to varied audiences from IT Management to C-Level
Partnering with Account Managers on discovery, sales strategy, presentations, and opportunity management
Working closely with Engineering, Customer Care, Pro Services to ensure client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
A professional, dedicated, humble and curious person who values diversity and has a desire to work collaboratively within a team
Experience in Sales Engineering / Solutions Consulting or similar customer-facing roles
A demonstrated ability to match product capabilities to client architectures, and to explain complex concepts to varied audiences
Strong technical knowledge of enterprise environments:
SaaS-based proactive and reactive support tools (RMM, Remote Support)
Endpoint management and deployment
Understanding of integrations by API between solutions
Security models and requirements
