We are looking for an experienced senior accountant on an immediate basis. Candidate should have minimum 6-7 years experience as main accountant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Determining applicability & calculation of TDS
• Filing of TDS, monthly, quarterly and annual returns
• Preparation and filing of Monthly GSTR1, GSTR3B Returns
• Matching of GSTR2A entries with purchase registers and in tally
• ESI & PF Rules Compliance
• Filing of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual PF & ESI Returns
• Finalisation of accounts for audit by auditors
• Reconciliation of Bank Statement, Invoices and Ledger Statements
• 100% knowledge in Tally accounting of books, finalizing stock summary and closing balance sheet.

The candidate should be able to independently

• Prepare and analyze accounting records, financial statements, accounts receivable & payable, petty cash, cash management, budget and records management.
• Oversee and guide junior accounts assistants and ensure accuracy and compliance of accounts being maintained.
• Attend and Respond to GST and IT audit queries
• Prepare of advance tax and final returns for the firm and partners
• Assist the auditors in finalization of accounts and timely filing of returns
