Experience : 6 to 8 years’ relevant experience as an Automobile Technical Trainer
Duration: Fixed Term – 8 Months
Qualification: Graduate in any stream with additional qualification / specialization in Automotive industry.
Candidates with Instructional design background would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:
Manage Training Delivery as per the Training Calendar, carryout Assessment and Follow up
Conducting Technical Trainings to Dealer Staff includes Classroom, Virtually and On-Job Training.
Deliver training modules complying and safeguarding the Client standards in relation to Training
Methods, Quality, CI/CD, Brand values and the Brand essence.
Self-Development and acquiring trainer certifications and recertification.
Liaising with Local OE Supplier for learning proprietary product Know-how.
Coordinate with local QA, R&D, TSC and factory teams for Product, Technology and Assembly information.
Coordinate for Updating / Creating the training Worksheets and questioner for Trainings.
Attending TTT and disseminate the knowledge to Trainers via local TTT and training to other internal relevant department employees.
Keeping abreast on current technical topics in the market and the actual developments.
Knowledge sharing with other internal Departments on Technology.
Coordination on training content updates and feedback on existing contents of training modules,
Questioner, Tools and Equipment’s and new developments and requirements with content team.
Identifying Current Need of participants based on feedback and suggesting amendments to content team.
Maintenance, upkeep and inventory of Tools and equipment allotted.
Identifying and Preparing Training Aids for improving the Training quality and saving time.
Prepare and release Training and Evaluation / OJT reports.
Mentoring New Trainers and support in their development and certification.
Adapting and customizing of training material to specific market requirements
Evaluation of training and personnel development measures based on the efficiency and effectiveness
criteria (learning and transfer success, trainer and participant feedback, continuous improvement process)
Upkeep of Training cars used in the training and resolving any faults arising in due course of training.
Preparing training materials and conducting seminars, coaching sessions, and workshops in the preferred language.
Supporting for seminars: Participant management, creating training documents, feedback evaluations.
Arranging and assessing for dealer staff certification.
Preparing and organizing Regional and National Rounds of Technical Skill championships for dealers Staff.
Preparation for the brand certification and evaluation criteria.
Ensuring training room and practice area preparation prior to training commencement.
Ensuring availability of tools, consumables, aids etc. and its upkeep prior to training commencement
Proposing improvements in VC, eLearning and Develop new learning aids into the training system
Bring in significant innovation in the pedagogy for better participation of trainees.
Refresh pre-test and post test questions on interim basis.
Timely release of training reports and update results.
