Gradus Engineers Hiring for Technical Support Engineer at Bangalore Full Time

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for project planning and provide technical support for installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance and operation of UPS systems.

· Provide project management as needed and ensure project successfully completed in a timely manner.

· Liaise with customers in every technical aspect and able to provide solutions in a timely manner.

· Participate in the preparation of tenders, proposals, and quotations for customers including drafting of sales proposals, specification drawings & design based on project specifications and requirements.

· Assist in other projects, which may not be UPS related, in an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or other related discipline

· At least 3 years of experience dealing in high capacity 3 phase UPS systems.

· Possess an in-depth knowledge of UPS functions and logics including battery system.

· Possess knowledge in electrical systems and basic instrumentation & control.

· Able to read and understand Single Line Diagram.

· Possess resourcefulness and initiatives to complete a project when encountering obstacles.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month
