Summary
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Materials Executive is responsible to assist the Assistant Manager – Materials in the smooth and efficient running of the Materials Department within the Finanace Division.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge in Purchasing/Receiving/Store management, Account preferable / · Basic computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office. Minimum 1 year experience as Materials Executive or 2 – 3 years work experience as Materials Assistant. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
