Summary
You will be responsible for calculating costs of food and beverage items and also responsible for the short and long-term planning of the F&B controlling and pricing aspects.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as an Accountant or Accounting Clerk in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
