Responsibilities: –

• Provide data and information support for leadership meetings.
• Support the Partner with relevant briefing for external and internal interactions.
• Provide program management support in the implementation and tracking of special initiatives.
• Take on additional strategic projects as per guidance and requirements of the Partner.
• Act as a key liaison, providing execution and strategic support to ensure effective leadership functioning.
• Foster close collaboration with leaders, spanning across clients, personnel, and other aspects.
• Provide comprehensive support for Leadership, Partnership Governance Board, Board Sub-Committee, and Council meetings.
• Track actions from meetings and prepare summary-level updates.
• Offer program management support and track special initiatives.
• Provide assistance with special projects.
• Utilize the role as an opportunity for accelerated learning and gaining insight into firm operations and decision-making processes.

Eligibility criteria:-

• Qualification: CA/MBA or similar qualification
• Good communication skills
• 7+ years of experience in a managerial position
• Experience in project coordination, budget, and event management
