At GrayQuest, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as a Portfolio Manager who will own and manage our lending portfolio – with complete ownership on reconciliation, quality metrics and improvement measures.

Voice Support JD:

• Handle customer complaints
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
