Full Job Description
– Recruitment:- Make sure that Right Candidate serve for Right Designtion- Time to time do Manpower Planning- Plan & Organize Recruitment processes to find out right candidate- Verify the background and History of the selected candidate- Manage Pre and Post Joining formalities of recruitment process ontime- Manage the records of the recruitment process.- Training:- Identification of training need- Organize training program for selected candidate- Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs- Plan and direct for Training of employee including senior managers, maintain contact with outside resources for training.- Administration:- Making Travel Arrangements like Hotel Booking , Flight Booking, etc.- Ensure Housekeeping of Premises- Security Management- Stationary Management as per the requirement- Managing Brand Kit of Company (Dealer Kit, Diary, Calendar, Letter Head, etc.)- Handling Any Event like Celebrations Process like Birthday or Festival Celebration- Ensure Functioning of Regular Usage Equipment like A.C., Printer, Camera, Electrical Equipment.- Manage all Legal formalities of all Vehicles like Insurance, GPCB, Regular Servicing etc.- Ensure Timely Payment of Mobile, Electrical and Broadband Bills are done.- HR Management:- Maintain and updates HR policy, Performance appraisal form- Preparing annual report and updating the organisation chart- Manages and appraises subordinate’s performance and their career advancement- Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, grievances redressal, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues)- Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of Departmental objectives, purpose and achievements.- Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirement for quality management, health and safety, legal requirement, and general duty of care.- Plan for employee’s performance appraisal, execute it within defined timeframe- Analyze and ensure compliance with legal requirements- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates- Guide Management to take necessary decision to maintain Healthy Organization Culture- Do audit and verify the cultural and management issues and resolve or report it..Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹280,000.00 – ₹480,000.00 per yearBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental pay types:Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:10 Years (Required)Speak with the employer+91 9978999710
