Greenovative Pty Ltd is an Australian owned business that has been doing sales and installation of green energy product for over 5 year

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced QuickBooks Bookkeeper / Accounts Administrator to join our small team

With an immediate start, the role is part-time and will suit someone looking for approximately 20 hours per week with flexible working hours and days.

Additional hours are available for the right candidate to assist with reception and internal sales duties if desired.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Payroll
• Bank and credit card reconciliation
• Payables
• Receivables
• Assisting our offsite company accountant as needed
• Report preparation for management

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience in a similar role; working autonomously as a sole accounts person
• Have experience using MYOB , Quickbooks
• Be highly organised with great attention to detail
• Have MS Office knowledge and experience – Outlook, Word, Excel
• Be reliable and punctual
• Have excellent, clear written and verbal communication skills ( English )
