Join our team as an intern, part-time or full-time associate. This is an opportunity to learn an ERP software application (Octabees) and work on client ERP implementation projects. You will work with our team to deliver innovative solutions that solve challenging client problems. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Update and manage ERP system to ensure it provides company with proper business solutions and accurate results
• Analyze data processing modules and identify areas of enhancements and improvements.
• Provide procedures and reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
• ERP Projects set deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitor progress for the ERP system.
• Additionally ERP Data specialist leads the implementation of new organisational process aligned with ERP configuration and has Extensive knowledge of departmental process.
• Account reconciliations
• Validation of financial transaction flow (unit & integration testing)
• Business procedures & training documentation
• Data analysis and migration

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Progress toward completion of an Accounting, Data Analytics, MIS, Supply Chain Management or related business degree
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn new systems and processes
