GRIZZLY VIDYALAYA : Affiliated to CBSE UPTO 10+2 level (English medium residential school) – Jhumri Tilaiya, Jharkhand

Job description:

· Ability to work on Residential and Commercial Interiors and Exteriors.

· Understanding of architectural drawings and the usage of AutoCAD.

· Creating effective 3D models, and renderings from architectural plans or developing 3D mock-ups of the required project.

· Work closely with 3rd party Senior designer, and manage assigned project deliverables at the concept, schematic, and design development stage.

· Attend and support ongoing project meetings with different studios.

· Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to the final project completion

· Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects

· Select furniture, materials, decor and finishes while keeping within budget.

Desired Candidate Profile

· The candidate should have knowledge of 2D and 3D Designing and a production list of modular interior drawings.

· Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.

· Should possess good communication and presentation skills.

Qualification:

· Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Interior Designer/Architecture.

· Graduation / relevant Diploma of Academic Education.

· Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3D Max(optional), or other design programs and Microsoft office.
