About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Team. The ideal candidate must be passionate about smooth-line customer experience with the company by handling queries, inquiries, providing shipment and related information. Customer satisfaction is our extreme point and their satisfaction is the source of our inspiration.

Designation – Customer Service Representative

Location – Gurugram (Haryana), India.

Job Responsibilities:

• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.

• Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution.

• Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission.

• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.

Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques

• Proficiency in English.

• Simple, unambiguous, understandable communication skills.

• Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and application

• Strong client-facing and communication skills.

• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.

Experience:

• Experience in providing customer service support with — eCommerce, advertising, public relations, or in-house agency preferred

• Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools.
