Qualification- Be Mechanical/ Dip Mechanical

1) Sound Experience about Sheet Metal Conventional/ Progressive Press tool Design and Manufacturing. 2) Design and validation of small/medium/heavy Sheet metal (A/B/C Class Parts) Casting base structure tools. 3) Design and validation of Blanking, forming, piercing etc. tools. 4) Design and validation of Welding Fixtures. 6) Design and validation of Panel Checker Gauges. 7) Sound knowledge of Material, Process, and Reverse Engineering & System Software. 8) Sound knowledge about GD&T. 9) Trouble Shooting of Tooling Issues. 10) Feasibility of Sheet metal and welded Assy. Other skills required: 1) Team Building Ability. 2) Leadership Ability. 3) The sound in Drawing Reading Capacity. 4) Can lead the Project. 5) Strong in Communication. 6) Design/IATF Documentation Preparation
