• Present shortlisted candidates
• Present detailed candidate profile summaries
• Research and develop recruiting leads
• Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
• Advise Management on best recruiting practices
• Communicate with Project Manager to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals
