Qualifications- BE/DIP ME
Experience- 1- 3 years
Key Skills-
- should have a good communication skills.
- monitoring work progress to ensure that deadlines per met and that quality standards are upheld.
- Training new employees on company policies and procedures, including safety measures and ethics policies
- monitoring and reporting on employee productivity to ensure that goals are being met
- monitoring employee performance and attendance and taking disciplinary action if necessary
- conduct meetings
- providing guidance and support to employees in their work teams to ensure that they are performing their jobs effectively
