Qualifications- BE/DIP ME

Experience- 1- 3 years

• should have a good communication skills.
• monitoring work progress to ensure that deadlines per met and that quality standards are upheld.
• Training new employees on company policies and procedures, including safety measures and ethics policies
• monitoring and reporting on employee productivity to ensure that goals are being met
• monitoring employee performance and attendance and taking disciplinary action if necessary
• conduct meetings
• providing guidance and support to employees in their work teams to ensure that they are performing their jobs effectively
