Grundfos Hiring for Product Owner – Digital & Controls at New Delhi, India Full Time

Grundfos is seeking an exceptional Product Owner – Digital and controls who will champion and work closely with the Controls Value Stream Director. This role will be based in the Grundfos Gurgaon, India office.

What is the job about?

The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the execution output of the Development Team and securing a product development backlog that is fully aligned with customer requirements.

Specifically, the Product Owner is accountable for the Technical Product Backlog. Product Backlog management includes:

• Represents the product development projects’ PD deliveries to the project management team, and stakeholder reviews.

• Clearly expressing Product Backlog items from an end2end perspective (across the value chain)

• Ordering the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missions.

• Optimizing the value of the work the Development Teams performs

• Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Scrum Team will work on next.

• Ensuring the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed.

• Refinement of Epic’s cross-functionally within the dependency of the Scrum team.

• Prepare forecasting, estimates, risks, and budgets for product development within a product group.

• Prepare short 0-12 month and long term 1–3-year Technical Product Lifecycle Management Plan as part of one consolidated Product group lifecycle plan/roadmap.

• Drive* the prioritizing of urgent tasks, i.e., quality Red Alerts, compliance, and development project escalations or last-time buys in close collaboration with the Product Manager.

• Lead agile transformation and mindset.

• Align and agree on deliveries from the capability pool outside PD on spec. and content (PD Software, Architecture, Digital and external partners).

Your background:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering from a recognized technical institution.

• Ability to communicate Business Development and Product Management decisions and background.

• Certified SCRUM product owner

• Product and customer understanding

• At least with experience working in cross-functional teams.

• At least with experience from working in an international company.

• At least with Agile experience and change management.

• Product Development experience in the Digital & Controls field (desirable)

• Should be willing to travel when required.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and other languages (desirable)
