Responsibilities:
Ø Financial Analysis, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, P&L management, Internal audit, Statutory audit, Taxation etc.
Ø Responsible for entire financial controllership, governance, compliances & risk management.
Ø Budget preparation, strategic planning, forecasting and cost functioning, Management agreement compliances.
Ø Hands-on expertise in preparation of balance sheet, P&L accounts/GST/Audit and reconciliation /RERA statements and experience in coordinating with bankers.
Ø Reviewing and addressing Direct/Indirect taxes and compliance adherences.
Ø Vendor management process and procedures.
Ø Formulate and review accounting policies& procedures on a continuous basis.
Ø Finalizing annual business plans in coordination with all functions and present the same to the Directors.
Ø Ensure finalization and audit of accounts; report on the same to the directors.
Ø Coordination with all departments for the speedy resolution of all financial issues.
Desired Candidates’ Profile:
· 10-12 years of experience in Real Estate.
· MBA in Finance
· Chartered Accountant preferred.
· Candidates within 10KM from Dwarka will be preferred.
· Experience of financial modeling and analysis
· Knowledge of financial regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹60,000.00 – ₹87,000.00 per month
