Main Responsibilities

• Respond to all telephone and email requests relating to orders, prices, and deliveries as well as complaints queries from Indian hospitals / wholesalers / distributors in a timely and professional manner.
• Proceed Sales Orders in SAP system with all details checked diligently
• Co-ordinate with 3PL in India to ensure on-time delivery per request
• Handle all relevant complaints at top priority and follow up with Quality Assurance for complaint log.
• Interact with internal stakeholders e.g. Commercials and Logistics closely for effective and efficient operations
• Support Managers for process improvement
• Provide monthly report to management for data analysis
• Make sure customer master and pricing record are up-to-date maintained in SAP system

Education, background required for the job.

• At least 2 years’ experience in fast paced customer service department providing order management support (medical/pharmaceutical experience is a definite advantage).
• An excellent telephone manner and ability to deal with customer orders and queries in a helpful, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Maturity and patience to deal with Customers requiring immediate solutions is essential
• Attention to detail for data entry.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain and inventory management Skills & Qualifications
• Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication.
• Detailed minded, must possess strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently, a good team player
• Experience in setting up and implementing new processes is beneficial
• Experience in ERP system, preferably SAP
• Proficient at Excel skill is preferred for reporting analysis and inventory management
