Job Description

• Manages adherence to defined credit/collection procedures, quality assurance and may include call monitoring.
• Analyze statistics and identify trends and issues to determine proactive steps.
• Approve over limit requests and customer concessions.
• Review escalated credit applications to determine potential credit risk.
• Respond to any potential fraud situations in an appropriate manner.
• Make recommendations to improve operations or processes and service levels.
• First point of contact for questions from Sales Department including Customer Account Balances, Recurring Billing Table questions.
• Manage the aging report by assigning customers to A/R staff, ensuring aging statistics are within acceptable range.
• Completion of credits and new billing as necessary.
