Job Description
A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc and Handle sensitive information in a confidential mannerAdministrative officer will also be responsible for supervising the housekeeping/Fnb staff, Facility Hygiene and cleanlinessFacilitate smooth coordination with existing/new vendors and handle vendor management (including coordinating food/meals & transport with the vendors), preparing & sharing the weekly rosters and meal plan etc.Provide general support to visitors & ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
